Please select either the Clerical or Light Industrial application based upon your job preference. Complete the application online and print it out.

Bring the following items to the Integrity Staffing office (click for directions) along with the following items:

• Your resume
• A printed copy of the employment verification form
• Direct deposit form (optional)
• ID for the I-9 (driver's license, social security card, passport or birth certificate.)

You will not be eligible for placement until the interview is completed. Your application will be kept on file for four weeks.
